About the event
In support of the DCDR/ITG diesel running day at Downpatrick, our volunteers have organised a direct bus connection from Dublin (Connolly Luas stop) to Downpatrick for the day (also picking up/setting down Dublin Airport - please email us after booking if you wish to get on or off here). Please note that this ticket is for the bus only and does not include entry to the railway, THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT.
This bus will run direct from Dublin to Downpatrick (and back) and offers a quicker, hassle-free alternative to travelling by regular public transport links and their associated changes.
Dept. Connolly Luas stop, Dublin 1, at 09:15, back for 19:00.
For those of you not attending the Diesel Day, you will have approximately 4.5 hours to explore the town of Downpatrick, the last resting place of Ireland's patron saint, at your leisure.
